日本初のAIキャリアbotをつくりました

ChatGPT（GPTs/GPT Builder）で日本初のAIキャリアbotをつくってみました。（2023年11月10日9時30分現在）
またGPTs（GPT Builder）とGPTストアに関する考察を
キャリア相談や転職エージェント、出版や著者に関わる方々向けに発表しています。

「GPTs」のビルド機能が搭載されたことで、
自分もChatGPTのようなサービスを提供できるようになっています。

名前は「モヤモヤループ脱出ボットby退職学®︎（resignology）」です。
会社に残ろうか、転職しようか、独立しようか。納得の意思決定を支えるbotです。

キャリア相談を実施していると、
「相談するには悩みを整理しないといけない・・・」など
相談前の悩みをお聞きすることがあります。

ひとの気持ちをしっかり考えるひとほど
「本当に聞きたいことが聞けなかった」とモヤモヤすることも。

そんな悩みを取り除きたいです。
このAIキャリアbotなら、どんな言葉でも、どんな深夜や早朝、休日でも、何回でも相談することができます。
もう相談相手の顔色を伺うストレスはゼロです。

以下の選択肢をタップすれば、対話がはじまります。

「使えた」「使えなかった」などありましたら、
マシュマロ（無料、匿名でメッセージが送れる）からお聞かせくださいませ。
いまはChatGPTのアカウントを持っているひとが見れる、かもしれません。

もし使えた場合の注意点としては、
個人が特定できる情報や機密情報は入れないようにしてくださいませ。
名前や住所、電話番号、公開していない会社の財務状況や顧客データなどなど。

念のためそういったセキュリティやプライバシーに関する内容を入れると、
「お答えできません」と返すようにしていますが
お気をつけくださいませ。

ChatGPTでつくったキャリア・仕事関連のbotとしては「日本初」、と言ってみたいところです。

考察：GPTsを使ったボットは何に使えるのか、課題はあるのか：相談ビジネス、出版業界向け

以下は、「GPTs」を使ってbotを作りたい方向けの考察です。
特にキャリア相談や転職エージェントといった、
業務に「相談」が入っている方向けです。
著者などのコンテンツビジネスの方も関わってきます。

いわば「自分の分身がつくれるかも、かつストアで売れるかも」という話になっているので
注目される方は多いはずです。

●相談ビジネス

キャリアコンサルティングやキャリアコーチングは
人材業界やHR業界には一般的な言葉になっています。

一方で、悩みを話す一般の方からすると
「なにをしてくれるのかよくわからないもの」です。
「相談するためには相談内容をまとめなきゃ」と思って、
相談をあきらめるひともいるような状況です。

その中で、ボットであれば土日でも平日の深夜でも、
何回質問しても気にする必要がありません。
使ってみて「この開発者とは直接話したい」となったら、
実際のキャリア相談にいらっしゃるかもしれません。

キャリア相談の前段階の集客ツールとして、
顧客からしたら「お試し」としての使い方が可能です。

一方で、相談ビジネスが仕入れが鍵です。
顧客の働く悩みの詳細や感情を理解したり、
業界の動向が追えていないと、
相談者としての力を失います。

仕入れに集中する必要は、これからも変わらず残るでしょう。

●出版ビジネスのコラボ

特にカウンセラーやコーチのお悩み解決本や、
難解な内容を対話で噛み砕いていく本は相性が良いでしょう。

例えば大ベストセラーの「嫌われる勇気」のアドラーと、
ボット上で会話できるようになります。
書籍だと理解できなかった内容を、
ボットが教えてくれるようになります。

購入者特典としての活用方法が考えられます。

カウンセラーやコーチなど、
労働集約的になるビジネスが
ストックビジネスに生まれ変わるチャンスがあります。

●出版業界、著者が考えるべきGPTストアとの課題

GPTストアがただの売り買いできるプラットフォームなのか、
顧客データを売り手が保有できるのかで大きく変わります。

ただのプラットフォームなら、
Amazonや楽天で売っていたところに
GPTストアで売れるようになっただけです。
買ってくれた方に何か案内するなどができません。
売り手からしたら「売って終わり」です。

顧客情報がかなり保有できるのであれば、
現状のプラットフォームとはまったく別物です。
入手した顧客情報をもとにマーケティングや調査がかけられますし、
バックエンドのビジネスにもつなげられます。

要注目です。

●マーケティングツールとしての活用

一時的な可能性は高いですが、
いまであれば「日本初！●●業界ボット」と打ち出せるので、
露出が増やせる可能性があります。

●コンテンツ保護の活用

そこまで思い切る人は少ないと思いますが、
現状はデータがアップロードできます。

つまり「この本の原稿入れて売っちゃおう」が
倫理観や法律を度外視すればできてしまいます。

自分のコンテンツの保護のためにも
「つくるだけつくっておく」ことが
売り買いできると見られるストアが公開できる前には必須になるかもしれません。

●値付けの課題

ひとがボットにどれだけの値段を払うのか、未知数です。
300円？1000円？有名人のボットなら5000円？
まだ想像がつかない領域です。

売れているスマホアプリの値段くらいなのかな、など予想しています。

We’ve Created Japan’s First AI Career Bot

We’ve created Japan’s first AI career bot using ChatGPT (GPTs/GPT Builder) as of November 10, 2023, at 9:30 AM. Also, I’ve been sharing my thoughts on GPTs (GPT Builder) and the GPT Store for those involved in career consulting, recruitment agencies, publishing, and authors.
With the build feature in “GPTs,” now anyone can provide services like ChatGPT.

The bot is named “Moyamoya Loop Escape Bot by Resignology®︎.” It’s a bot to support making satisfying decisions about staying at a job, changing careers, or going independent.

In career consulting, I often hear concerns like, “I need to organize my thoughts before consulting…”

People who deeply consider others’ feelings sometimes end up feeling unresolved despite consultation.

This AI career bot removes such concerns. You can consult with it at any time of day or night, on weekends, and as many times as you like, without worrying about the consultant’s response.

If you’re able to use it, please be careful not to input personal identifiable information or confidential data. This includes names, addresses, phone numbers, financial conditions of non-public companies, customer data, etc.

For security and privacy, if such content is input, the response will be “I cannot answer that.” Please be mindful.

I’d like to say this is the “first career and work-related bot in Japan” created using ChatGPT.

Thoughts: What Can Bots Built with GPTs Be Used For, and What Are the Challenges: For Consultation Business, Publishing Industry

The following is for those interested in creating bots with “GPTs,” especially those involved in businesses where “consultation” is part of the job, like career consulting and recruitment agencies. It’s also relevant for content businesses like authors.
Essentially, it’s about the possibility of creating your own clone that might even be sold in a store, so it should attract attention.

● Consultation Business

Career consulting and coaching are common terms in the human resources and HR industries.
However, for the general public who are considering consultation, it’s something they often find vague and hard to understand. People give up on consulting because they feel they have to organize their thoughts first.

Bots allow for consultation anytime, including weekends and late nights, without any concern for how often questions are asked. This could lead to actual career consultations if users feel they want to speak directly with the developer after using the bot.

It serves as a preliminary tool for attracting clients and allows potential customers to try it out.

However, sourcing remains key to consultation businesses. Without understanding clients’ detailed work-related issues and emotions or staying updated on industry trends, consultants lose their effectiveness.

Focus on sourcing will continue to be essential.

● Collaboration with Publishing Business

Books by counselors or coaches that solve problems, or those that simplify complex content through dialogue, would be well-suited for this.
For example, you could have a dialogue with Adler from the bestselling “The Courage to be Disliked” on a bot. The bot could explain concepts that weren’t clear in the book.

It could be used as a special offer for buyers.

Counselors or coaches, whose businesses tend to be labor-intensive, may find an opportunity to transform into a stock business.

● Considerations for the Publishing Industry, Authors Regarding the GPT Store

How the GPT Store functions, whether as just a platform for buying and selling, or whether sellers can retain customer data, will significantly impact its use.
If it’s just a platform, it’s essentially no different from selling on Amazon or Rakuten. There’s no way to inform those who have made a purchase. From a seller’s perspective, it’s “sell and done.”

If significant customer data can be retained, it’s a completely different entity. Marketers can conduct research and marketing based on acquired customer data and link it to backend business.

It’s worth watching.

● Use as a Marketing Tool

While the possibility is temporary, if it’s still new, you can claim “Japan’s first! ●● industry bot” to increase exposure.

● Use for Content Protection

It’s unlikely many will take such a bold step, but currently, data can be uploaded.
In other words, you could theoretically upload a book manuscript and sell it, disregarding ethics or legality.

Creating a bot just for the sake of it might become necessary before a store that allows selling and buying is launched, to protect your content.

● Pricing Challenges

It’s unknown how much people are willing to pay for a bot. ¥300? ¥1,000? ¥5,000 for a celebrity bot? It’s a realm of speculation.
I’m guessing it could be around the price of popular smartphone apps.
