手堅い中堅企業規模Aか、アットホームな小規模企業Bか。
これまで、いわゆる「やりがい」のもと、非正規で興味のある顔の近い温かみのある会社で働いてきました。
組織変化や曽弱な経営体制だったことでやむなく退職となり、新たな仕事を探しているところで、２社とご縁がありそうなのですが、ここにきて判断に悩みが生じましたので知恵をお借りできればと思います。

転職の基準は、やりがい以上に取り扱い商材が堅実なものかと雇用形態です。
A社B社ともに取り扱い商材は手堅く、雇用も安定的です。規模としてはB社が小さくはあるので普通に考えれば給与と規模がやや大きいA社なのですが、アットホームさと親しみやすさを前面に感じるB社に心揺らいでいます。
私自身が過去アットホームさがゆえに距離が近すぎキャパオーバーになってしまったことがあったので、なるべく淡々と仕事ができる環境を望んでいましたが、温かみと堅実さを兼ね備えた企業があったことに驚き、今までよりも規模の大きな企業で自分が小器用に立ち回れるだろうか、規模の小さな安定的な商材を取り扱う企業でポジションを固めたほうが良いのか考えるようになりました。
A社のほうが汎用性あり、B社は独自性があり。A社は気遣いをする場面が多そうだが給与面では良いことと汎用スキルが身につきそう、B社はリラックスして取り組めそうだが独自性ゆえ少し個人のエネルギー消費が多そうだという印象。いわゆる「やりがい」はB社の方がありそうですが自分の完全な興味からは外しているのでやりがい搾取にはならなさそうです。
佐野様の著者でニッチトップな企業という目線がありましたがそれでいくとB社の方がニッチです。誠実に生き延びているA社も魅力的ではあります。

贅沢な悩みですが、どちらを選んでもそれなりに悩みも満足度もありそうなので給与だけで選んでもいいかなと思いつつ、月収で言えば3〜4万差なのでこれを大きく取るかどうかも悩みどころです。（月収がよくても社風が合わず退職という経験もあったので）。
決め方の基準で気づきをお教えくだされば嬉しいです。

2社もご縁がありそうという状態の相談者さまですので、頭で考える両社に転職するメリット・デメリットはほぼ網羅できているとお見受けします。

そんな相談者さまは「判断に悩みが生じました」とおっしゃっています。
その理由はどのあたりにありそうでしょうか？

I have offers from a stable medium-sized company A and a cozy small-sized company B, and I’m unsure which to choose.

Until now, I’ve worked in warm, people-oriented companies, often as a non-regular employee, driven by a sense of purpose. Unfortunately, due to organizational changes or fragile management structures, I’ve had to leave those roles. Now, I’m exploring new opportunities and have been fortunate to connect with two companies. However, I find myself at a crossroads, so I’d like your insights.

My criteria for job selection prioritize stable products and employment over just purpose.
Both Company A and Company B offer stable products and secure employment. While B is smaller, A offers slightly better pay and size. However, I feel drawn to the welcoming, approachable atmosphere of B.

In the past, I struggled with overly close relationships in a “cozy” environment and preferred a more detached, businesslike atmosphere. Still, I’m surprised to find a company like B that combines warmth with stability. Ranking companies is exceptionally challenging—it’s a common theme in career consultations.
When providing advice, I typically disregard the client’s opinions entirely to offer an objective assessment.

Here, however, I’ll refrain from saying which company is better. Instead, I’ll share the criteria I would use if I were in your shoes.
You mentioned wanting “decision-making criteria,” so I believe this aligns with your request.
