福島とご縁があります
実は、私には福島とのご縁があります。
学生時代のボランティアで復興支援に関わったり、最近はWeb制作会社の編集力アップ講座を行ったり、育成の仕組みづくりをしたり、
メディア企業の新規事業立案の伴走（セールス、マーケティング）をしたり。
そんな経験を踏まえ、
今回は副業を含むキャリアと採用の専門家としてお話しいたします。
多くの企業が副業人材の活用に注目しています。
でも、「うまくいっている」企業と「あんまりだな」と感じている企業の間には、
明確な境界線があるんです。
その境界線とは何か？
うまくいっていない企業は副業人材を
「いますべきこと」を御用聞きできるひとと考えます。
言ってしまえば「正社員より安く使える」です。
うまくいっている企業は副業人材を
「これからしたいこと」の仮説を立てて一緒に実行できるひとと捉えます。

My Connection with Fukushima
I actually have a connection with Fukushima.
I was involved in reconstruction support through volunteering during my student days, and recently, I have been conducting editorial enhancement courses for web production companies, creating training systems, and assisting in planning new business ventures (sales and marketing) for media companies.
Based on this experience,
I will speak as an expert in careers and recruitment, including side jobs.
Many companies are focusing on utilizing side job talent.
However, there is a clear boundary between companies that are “successful” and those that feel “not so much.”
What is that boundary?
Unsuccessful companies view side job talent as someone who can handle “what needs to be done now.”
In other words, “cheaper than full-time employees.”
Successful companies see side job talent as someone who can hypothesize and execute “what they want to do next.”
I will be discussing these points.
