「失敗しちゃう気がして動けない」がなくなる言葉をお届けします。
佐野のキャリア相談に来てくださる方の中には
こんなふうに悩んでいる方がいらっしゃいます。
A〜Dという選択肢があると思います。おそらくAがいいはずです。
でも、なぜか不安になるんです。
悩んでいるんだけど決められない、という状態です。
段々と「悩んでいる自分に悩んでくる」なんてループになる場合もあります。

誰もが人生の素人
そんなときに、この言葉がふっと心を軽くしてくれます。
佐野も決められないときはこの言葉を思い出すようにしています。
誰だって初参加なんだ。人生にプロフェッショナルがいるわけがない。まあ、時には自分が人生のプロであるかのような知った顔をした奴もいるがね、とにかく実際には全員がアマチュアで、新人だ

キャリアも転職も「全員がアマチュアで、新人だ」と考えていいんじゃないかと思います。
人生が一回きりだとしたら、私たちは私たちの人生に対してずっと新人です。
新人なら、失敗してもいいですし、ひとに聞いてもいいです。
何より成長します。
仮に失敗しても立ち上がるのが新人です。
「人生にはプロがいない。全員アマチュア。全員新人。初参加」という言葉をご紹介しました。
特に「成功か失敗かがあるんじゃない。選んだ道を成功にするんだ」的な言葉以外の言葉と相性がよいひとに受け取っていただければ幸いです。
メッセージ
「いつでも引き返せる」は勇気になると思うんですよね。
「退路を絶て」で奮い立たされないひとにとっては、お守りのような言葉です。

Today’s “Career Break Room” is a short one.
I’d like to share some words that eliminate the fear of “feeling like I’ll fail and can’t move forward.”
Some people who come to Sano’s career consultations have these kinds of worries:
I have options A to D. A is probably the best choice. But for some reason, I feel anxious about it.
They’re worried but can’t decide. Sometimes, this leads to a loop of “worrying about worrying.”
Everyone is an Amateur in Life
In such times, these words can lighten your heart. I also recall these words when I can’t make a decision.
Everyone is new here. There’s no such thing as a professional in life. Well, sometimes there are people who act like they’re life professionals, but in reality, everyone is an amateur, a newcomer.

In terms of careers and job changes, it’s okay to think that “everyone is an amateur, a newcomer.” If life happens only once, then we are always newcomers to our own lives.
As newcomers, it’s okay to make mistakes and ask for help. More importantly, we grow. Even if we fail, we can get back up as newcomers.
I introduced the words “There are no professionals in life. Everyone is an amateur. Everyone is a newcomer. It’s everyone’s first time.”
I hope these words resonate with those who feel that it’s not about “success or failure,” but “making the chosen path a success.”
Message
“I can always turn back” can be a source of courage.
For those who are not encouraged by “cutting off all escape routes,” it can be a comforting phrase.
I’ll share more words as I find them.
